Light weight nonwoven tape

特性与用途：本产品由聚酯纤维经浸溃粘合烘干成型。纤维经过充分 梳理，纵向强度高。具有质量轻，厚度薄，拉伸强度大，绝缘性能 好，低弹性，无腐蚀性等特点。

Features and applications: Light weight nonwoven fabric is made of polyester fiber, dipping & bonding with chemical adhesive, then drying. The fibers were carded, and the tensile strength of longitudinal direction is excellent.

It is light  weight, thin, high tensile strength, good insulating property, low flexibility and no causticity.

根据厚度来划分不同用途，有：

Delineation of different applications based on the thickness, as:

1. 电线电缆包带 Taping for cable

用于电线电缆各部件之间的绑扎隔离。适用于特种电缆、橡套电缆、电力电缆、通信电缆和光缆等，比重比压花点子 无纺布轻40%左右，成本较低，且厚度较薄，柔软性好。

Used for wrapping, bedding and separating in wire and cable.

Apply to special cable, rubber sleeve cable, power cable, communication cable and optical cable. Compare with dot embossed nonwoven fabric, the specific gravity is about 40% less, cost is low; also, it is thin and good softness.

2. 电子线包带 Taping for wire

厚度较薄，比重很轻，主要用于电线绑扎隔离。

适用于特种线缆、电线等绕包，如同轴电缆、音频舞台电缆等。

It is very thin and very light, mainly used for binding and separating in wires.
